Personal Trainer

I am a certified personal trainer offering fitness group exercise and personal training in Portugal. As a certified personal trainer I am responsible for teaching people how to exercise effectively and safely.

If you choose to participate in outdoor group or personal training sessions at my studio sessions, you will learn the fundamental elements of modalities suitable exercise for fitness targets ranging from progressive muscular hypertrophy, general fitness and aerobic endurance high-level sports conditioning and functional fitness.

I live in Portugal and i’m willing to travel only whithin my country.
